ERIEBANKers Give Back
Erie’s cold long winter is finally here! With no end in sight, ERIEBANK employees volunteered at the Salvation Army to help those in need. ERIEBANKers Kelly Buck, Scott Calhoun, Amy Herrmann, Gail Markiewicz, Abby Mouyard, and Helicia Sonney helped put together over 1800 boxes of food to be handed out to the people in need in Erie County.
“It was a bad night, weather-wise,” said Community Assistant Manager Helicia Sonney, “but that didn’t stop (all the volunteers) from doing a great job. We have to remember how fortunate we are, especially this time of year, to have the simple things like food, clothing, and shelter.”

ERIEBANK Accepting Donations for the Maleno Family to Family Fund
ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the Maleno family, area businesses, and over 3,200 volunteers left Clara Ward and her family a beautiful home where she can live comfortably and continue to care for the children in her neighborhood. “This project brought together the community in a way I’ve never seen before” said volunteer and ERIEBANK employee Kelly Buck.
